During Dec 2019, a large Ganesha Murti was discovered by a farmer in Dieng plateau- the site of the erstwhile Kalingga Kingdom, one of the earliest Hindu kingdoms in Central Java (7th century CE).
Sanatana Dharma was well and truly ingrained in Indonesia in ancient times!
The murti is the largest discovered in Dieng but unfortunately it was found with the head and arms missing.
