After 2003, the ₹28,451 rent went into a 'SWEET RENT DEAL' of ₹8,888, approx 69% concession.
And then between 2003-2020, She paid ₹8,888 (2003) to ₹37,400 (June 2020), measly ₹1700 (₹150 per month) per year Increase.
An ordinary citizen has to pay Rs 20 lakh/ month for a Type VI bungalow in Delhi and she literally bargained to pay 'PEANUTS'.
A woman with a wealth of billions can do this kind of act, a bit SHOCKING for me.
