If you want to lose weight or meet definite fitness goals, aim for at least 45 minutes of daily exercise. Each week at least 300 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise is necessary for major weight loss and for preventing weight creeping back on. You can burn fat and increase muscle by doing strength or resistance training exercise (exercising with weights). Try to do variation in your daily physical activity like yoga, sports, swimming, running, cycling or walking. Initially, Sapna Vyas did intense Cardio and afterward moved to Weight Training.
