There is always beauty in the world for those who choose to see it, just as there is always sorrow and hardship in the world for those who choose to focus on it. Focusing on the pain of the world, just adds to it, as we are unconsciously continually sending negative energy helping it to grow.

The thing is that whatever we focus on becomes our own reality. We can't change the world or others with what we see, but we can change our world with Love and Compassion.
