Maha #Mrityunjaya #mantra is described as the heart of the Vedas which is found in several parts in the 4 Vedas. Lord #Shiva taught this mantra to Shukracharya as he was the one killing Asuras (#demons) and in the process to overcome #death. It is believed that in deep meditation #sage Vasishta revealed this mantra and gave it to the #world for its benefit.
