Boil milk in a pan. Adding lemon juice stir until the milk curdles completely. Mash the Chena for 15 minutes. When chena is smooth then make smooth balls out of it. The balls put into the suger syrup. Take balls from the suger syrup and keep aside. Bring the milk to a boil on medium flam. Add suger, condence milk n stir well that the suger disslves. Add cardamom n raisins. Also add the rose water n stir again. Now place the rasgullas in the milk. Stir gently. Let the rasmalai come to a room temperature then chill rasmalai.
