Method & Ingredients
Puris
Knead 2cups whole wheat flour into a tight dough. Make small balls & roll into small rotis. Deep fry them & prepare into Puris.
Cholley
Soak 1 cup cholley overnight. Pressure cooker till it is done.
Now take 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add 2 tomatoes pureed,1 tsp each red chilli powder, amchur powder, turmeric powder,dhania powder,& salt to taste.Put the boiled cholley. Mix well , sprinkle crushed kasuri Methi.
Boondi Raita
Take 1 cup whisked curd,add red chilli powder,bhuna Jira powder & salt to taste, add the masala Boondi & mix with the curd.
