Ajka special lunch -dapka kadhi ,undhiyu,gulab jamun,split moong dal dhokla , salad, chapati,vadhwani chilly , green chutney , rice n buttermilk
Dapka kadhi is one of my childhood favourites.
Recipe - take 1 tsp besan n 1 cup sour curd n make watery kadhi add 3-4 cups of water .add salt sugar ginger n boil .
For tadka add ghee cummin seeds curry patta green chilly hing .add in kadhi .
For dapka- soak split moong dai 2-3 hrs remove water completly n grind with ginger chilly n cummin seed n salt .make very thick mixture .now make small balls of it n add in boiling kadhi n cook for sm time till balls are cooked add chopped coriender . Serve hot .
