Kashmiri Dum Aloo
A drooling delicacy prepared by boiled potatoes. It is a no onion garlic dish , with gravy of curd & spices

Ingredients
4-5 boiled potatoes
2cups whisked curd
4-5 whole red chilli soaked for 15 minutes
1 tsp grated ginger
2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp whole coriander seeds crushed
1 tsp heeng
1 tsp jeera
Water as required
Method
First make holes in the boiled potatoes & deep fry them till golden brown.Keep them aside.
Now take the whisked curd, add 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, grated ginger & mix well.Keep it aside.
Take 2 tsp oil in a pan,put jeera, crushed coriander seeds,1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder,saute the spices a little.
Now add the curd mixture & cook till the oil seperates.Add the fried potatoes & cook for 5 minutes. Add 2 cups of water & boil it well, when the gravy starts thickening close the flame.Sprinkle 1 tsp garam masala powder & let it rest
