Ingredients:-
Milk - 500ml.
Milk powder- 6spns
Pistapowder - 6spns
Cream- 4 to 6spns
Corn flour- 2spns.
Sugar - 10 to 12spns or as per your taste.
Method:-
Pour 500ml of milk into a bowl and keep it for boiling.
When it starts boiling add diluted Corn flour, pistapowder,elaichi powder sugar and milk powder to it and boil it for 5mins in low flame.
(You have to dilute corn flour and milk powder by adding 4 to 6spns of milk)
Later keep it for cooling.
When it becomes cool add milkcream and blend well and pour it into a kulfi moulds and freeze it for 6 to 8 hours..
You can add pieces of badam,pista,cashews and watermelon seeds to it.
Tasty pisthakulfi is ready..
