Hello friends, Saturday special " Healthy Carrot Kheer" for kids.

What you need?
1.Carrot - 2 medium sized.
2.milk - 0.5 litres
3.cashew nuts -5
4.almonds(skin removed)-5
5.kesar(safron)-optional-a pinch.
6.raw sugar -3 tbps(or you can add more based on your taste)

How you do:
1.cut carrot into small pieces.
2.boil the milk and add carrots,cashews,almonds and kesar.
3.wait until carrots are boiled completely and soft.
4.keep aside and cool it for 10 minutes.
5. Grind it in a mixer with sugar.

A good alternate for kids as a fast brekke.keeps them filled and healthy too
