Why Exicited Start Up are Failing

We are witnessing more and more start up every year which is a good sign to create wealth and employment but at the same time most of so called long lasting business model or startup are being busted within very short span of time. Media, critics and business commentators termed it natural phenomanan. They may be right but not absolutely. It's not only competition or lack of capital but lack of business ethics which are responsible for such devastation. Lack of fairness, lack of respect, hunger for power, lack of will yo serve customers and persistence of injustice at work place are the reasons for such failures. I am explaining with example of Taxi services in Mumbai.
Meru came like breez and commuters gave thumbs up because they were hurted with the behaviour of so called "KALI PEELI TAXI" but after sometime Meru started doing same, cancellation at 11th Hour left commutes in shocked and fluctuate their BP and then it started classification like gold member prime membership etc. Commuters were Fedup with it's tacticts but had not choice and then TAB CAB came and it eaten a substantial base of Meru and then same story of Tab Cab which was replaced by OLA N UBER.
Will UBER N OLA (startup examples) be meeting same fate like Meru and Tab Cab?
Yes they will meet same fate if not stop mal-practice and being unfair to drivers their commuters investors and workforce, sooner than later these will be history.
Any business which is unfair to it's constituents can't survive long so these startups.
