I fought for several cases where BMC black listed company owned by govt of India as they were offering rabies injection @154 (but no kick back) while others were offering substandard chinese @480.
Mode of conspiracy was simple, due to tender system, gave contract to govt company then don't pay and if they refused black listed them and procured from open market 4 time more than contracted price.
All of us are aware some or others such kind of things but happy to greet and like and busy in thier lives and expect these leaders and parties will work for them.
