The position doesn't matter, but the character does. It doesn't matter someone is a janitor or a manager, President or student or whatever it is, but how we treat other people does matter a lot, because the position is temporary. Maybe today you are a manager. Who knows tomorrow which position will you have? Time doesn't guarantee anything. -
I have learnt this beautiful lesson from my best friend aka manager @rudrappa_nagaraj. He always says, never fight for a position. Always Be a good person. Everything will follow you. He is one of them.
