Possible Solution? I still haven't worked all the facts out OSRS gold (I'd love if anyone has anything helpful to add...), but here goes: Along with World 16, also have the following:
World 63. Runecrafters have something like: air tiara, X noted essence, X gp, several noted mixed stuff every value 1000 gp (e.g. noted hardleatherbodies value 1000 gp, noted copper ore worth 1000 gp, etc). Runecrafters stand apart from each other (as in World 16), drop the mentioned stuff (worth 1000 gp) in front of them and shout"Open 1k". Runners have atmosphere tiara, 24 Un-noted character (not 25 Un-noted essence). Trade: Runners show intent by picking up the noted crap. Runecrafters commerce 1000 gp and 24 noted essence, while Runners trade 24 Un-noted character and the noted junk (returning the noted crap back to Runecrafter), making the trade revenue neutral. Runecrafters re-drop the noted stuff worth 1000 gp, then craft their 24 Un-noted essence, then return to their place and shout"Open 1k".
Benefits: Runecrafters can craft more (not hindered by the transaction limit) and obtain more XP. Runners can earn gp for a longer time. Everyone benefits. Cons: (1) Runecrafters now need to get several noted stuff, but that isn't hard when you consider all of the crap in Runescape. (2) Need courteous people. There are the chance someone could simply run through and grab all the noted stuff on the ground, ruining Air Running for everyone else (preferably somebody would not do that). (3) Noted material sitting on the ground too long could disappear. A possible solution would be for the Runecrafter to select up materials that are mentioned after a couple minutes (so it would not disappear) and re-drop the noted stuff.
Again, I have not worked out all of the details. But does anyone like the idea of having the ability to do Air Running without getting stopped by the trade limitation? Does anybody have any useful suggestions to RS07 Gold make the idea work? Teleport to Falador (magic level 37), Lumbridge (magic level 33), and Varrock (magic level 25). Nothing beats on teleportation: it is my favorite thing that Jagex has ever put in the match. What is your favorite F2P"item" in Runescpe which enhances/enhanced your playing experience?
