NBA 2K20 was an excellent example of
2K22 MT corporate influence that diluted the product. These companies were able to produce advertising ads during the event, which is an opportunity that should not be missed. Gatorade and Beats were sprayed all over the game and pushed at every chance. It soon became tedious. It's fine to have passive advertising in my Neighbourhood. But I strongly disapprove of the push of products onto users. I would like to see these scenes and advertisements removed from NBA 2K21.
MyCareer Free Agency: Once you have attained a certain level within MyCareer it's possible for you to influence your team's agency decisions. MyPlayer provides five targets that the front office can work towards. This is an entirely new feature and an incentive for MyCareer's daily grind.
However, the free-agent period is not logical. There is no explanation of why the five chosen players will join your team during free agency. It doesn't matter which salary limits you have. In my most recent save, Jayson Tatum and Brandon Ingram joined the Cleveland Cavaliers with contracts that exceeded the maximum. It was truly amazing and made it easy to save for my second year in Cleveland.
The free agency needs to function differently. The concept of the MyPlayer meeting open-agent targets during the moratorium period, and persuading the target to join their team, is an idea I love. It is true that
Cheap NBA 2K22 MT productive conversations will increase the chance that a player will join the MyPlayer. If a superstar player joins the team will make it more challenging and be rewarding.
