Recipe:- Onion Baaji.. Peel potatoes (2) & Cut into cubes. Pressure cook it for two whistles. Keep a side. Then cut onions into lengthwise (3) . Heat oil in Kadai, put mustard seeds. As it splutters add udid dal( little) , Green chilly slited( as per taste), ginger, curry leaves. Sauté it well. Then add sliced Onions. Sauté altogether till onion becomes little soft. Put little water &cover the lid& cook . Then add cooked potatoes ( smash little potatoes) & mix it well. Put haldi powder ( little)& salt. When the gravy thickens put Corriander leaves.
Poori:-
Take a bowl, prepare a thick dough adding Wheat flour, salt, little oil & water. Consistency of dough should be hard than chapathi dough. Knead well & keep it a side with lid on it. Heat oil. Prepare small size of poori & deep fry.
