Just back from my sunday veggi market.....bahut dhoop hai aur garmi bhi....got some fresh #Dussheri #mangoes and for the thanda thands cool cool feel made this yummy #keshari_mango_lassi....season's first.......

1 kg Dussheri mangoes peeled. 250 gms full cream curd. Sugar as per taste and depending upon the sweetness of mangoes. Few saffrron strands dissolved inc1 tbsp milk. Nuts of your choice. Blend mangoes, sugar, curd and sugar nicely with ice cubes. Add ssffron milk and churn again. Serve chilled with nuts....no garmi
