why Muslim progress only and not other section of society? do they not have any right to participate in evaluation of progress? it's become habit of Indian political parties, rather they are smart and know how to get SATTA by appeasing some section and minimum no. of seats to rule just like some students who earmarked good scoring chapter of syllabus, memorised and got min. passing marks to sail through ocean of exam.
