I've been attempting an "Shadow Over Arsdale" mission and

I've read through the walkthrough and know that I need to get some sort of ranged attack, but forgot that I'm out of arrows - and I can't recall how to travel from place-to-place to get to the Grand Exchange. I'm a bit 'based' on Taverly Do you know where in the area where I can purchase bows?
I'm thinking that I should go back to the beginning I'm not sure if it's unwise to throw away the game's levels and the money If I can get back to learning how to play without having to start from scratch. Would someone be able to direct me to a beginner's guide? I'd like to know where I can purchase arrows to complete this mission?
Disassembling Augmented Refined Animation The Core Legs are at Level 10 and is the cheapest* way to reliably acquire cywir and the illujankan (maybe shadow too) components. cheapest is relative, it is still 16m for four components.
It's inefficient to simply disassemble it once it has reached level 10. You're basically taking away an excellent piece of T85 degrade-to-dust armor that contains at least 95percent of its degrade energy unused. One thing to keep in mind is that the addition of Body armor in t85 will cost significantly more, over 6m more at the time of writing. Therefore, it may not be a good idea to increase the body's armor as well. That means that you might need to match it with the other armor for your body.
