I will enter the mid level crater with the above equiped

  I will enter the mid level crater with the above equiped and OSRS gold with this stock. I will take a dose of the ranging potion, and utilize the prayer potions whenever it's nessecary. I will use the prayers: Shield Item, Protect from Melee, and Eagle Eye. I'll then conduct bounty find. I'll place the Dark Bow special on, and cast Ice Burst. Then use them, together with the Dark Bow Special. If my target is not dead after that, I'll depart, and restock on supplies if nessecery. Please tell me if that is a fantastic stratagy, or if there is anything I need to change (I have 150m, but don't imply a Godsword).
  
  I pulled a significant noob move. I have only been playing since January this year but here goes: Was walking into wildy to kill blk dragons and saw some people standing on some type of platform. I went over to talk to them then got teleported. They ran off right away before I could figure out how they were going to kill the kbd they had been speaking to me about. I attempt to operate the obelsk"activate obelsk" and walk into center of stage, but cant figure it out. A rev shows up and starts attacking me I run off east and log off.
  
  I dont even have any more food and am down to about 40hp. I'm going to try shield from magic and create a run round lava maze and use my glory in lvl 30 wildy. In the event the revenant left I'll return since that's my fastest way out. Also if I die this is my fastest way back to my own tomb since I do not have Historical magicks avtivated. How do I run the obelisk? What world could have a lot of people around there so it might be more safe for me if a rev has another taret? I always see a rev round the entrance to lava maze. Are there other highly patroled rev places to avoid on my way out?
  
  So far I am level 70 with my"Soviet" account, with nearly 70 str 56 attck and 40 def. The Dark Bow seems awsome and all the cool items you can use for scope including Id conceal and a back pack that picks up your steel arrows =] My buddy is Almost lvl 80 range and he says that he could hit 40s with D bow. I am almost level 70 str and that I can only hit 16 with rune scimmy... What Can I do? And if anything how can I create my present account hit higher?
