Flattening Method for Bending and Warping of Printed aCircuit Board
There are many reasons for PCB warping, such as improper operation in the production process, temperature, material, or bending when placed, so how to solve these problems? The following several methods can be tried!Get more news about

(1) Roller leveller leveling method for warping semi-finished board in PCB process
In PCB process, the board with large warpage is picked out and leveled in time with roll leveler, and then put into the next process. Many PCB factories believe that this method is effective for reducing the warpage ratio of PCB finished products. For some finished PCB boards, roll leveling machine is also used, but the appearance of PCB boards must be prevented from being damaged.
(2) Leveling Method of Small Press for Warping PCB Finished Plate
For the PCB board that has been completed, the warpage is obviously out of tolerance. It can not be leveled by roller leveler. Some PCB factories put it in a small press (or similar fixture) and press the warped PCB board for several hours to more than ten hours for cold leveling. From the practical application, the effect of this method is not very obvious. One is that the effect of leveling is not very good, and the other is that the plate after leveling is easy to rebound (that is, to restore warpage).
Some PCB plants will heat the small press to a certain temperature, then hot pressing and leveling the warped PCB plate. The effect will be better than that of the cold press, but the pressure is too much to cause the wire to deform. If the temperature is too high, it will cause the tarnishing of the perfume and even the color change of the substrate. And it takes a long time (several hours to more than ten hours) to see the effect whether it is cold or hot leveling, and the proportion of warpage rebound after leveling PCB board is also higher.
