    1. The front half shaft of the power output or the rear half shaft of the power output is broken

    The breakage of the PTO shaft is one of the most common failures on tractors. At present, most tractors’ power output is a two-half type with an external flange, which is easy to maintain. The common one is the fracture of the rear axle of the PTO with a flange. , There are also broken front axle shafts of the power output. If the power output shaft is broken, the universal joint will not rotate.

    1. The power output drive shaft is broken or the connecting sleeve falls off

    The PTO shaft is installed in the gearbox and the rear axle. It is rare for the PTO shaft to break and the connecting sleeve between the PTO shaft to fall off. It happens occasionally. The editor has encountered it several times in actual maintenance. The universal joint will not turn either.

    1. The power output is out of gear, and the gear is not in place

    If the power output is out of gear or gear is not in place, the power output and the universal joint will not rotate. In actual work, the power output is out of gear from time to time. It is mostly caused by gear wear, large gap, and small self-locking spring pressure. The shift fork deformation can easily cause the gear to be not in place, and the gear is not in place, and the load will be large. Out of gear.

    1. The secondary clutch slip and burn

    The secondary clutch slippage is also a common fault on tractors. Because the secondary clutch is not adjusted well or the load is too large, the secondary clutch will slip and burn during use, and the universal joint will not rotate.
